At Form Sahara, we believe in 100% transparency. This Payment and Billing Policy explains how we charge for our premium form-filling services, the payment methods we accept, and how we handle transactions securely.
Anti-Fraud & Security Alert
Form Sahara will NEVER ask for your Bank OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, or CVV number. We only accept direct payments to our official UPI IDs or Bank Accounts. Never share sensitive banking passwords with anyone on WhatsApp or over a phone call.
1. Transparent Fee Structure
We do not have any hidden charges. Before we begin filling out your application, our team will provide you with a clear, exact breakdown of the total cost. The total amount payable usually consists of two parts:
- Official Government Fee: This is the exact fee charged by the official government or educational portal for the form (e.g., SSC Exam Fee, Passport Application Fee, PAN Card Fee). We pay this directly to the government on your behalf.
- Form Sahara Service Charge: This is our nominal processing fee (typically ranging from ₹50 to ₹100 depending on the complexity of the form). This covers the cost of our time, document resizing, data entry, and internet handling.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To make the process as seamless and accessible as possible, we accept 100% digital, cashless payments. You can pay us securely using:
- UPI Apps: Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, BHIM, etc.
- Bank Transfers: IMPS / NEFT / RTGS to our official bank account.
- QR Code: You can scan our official business QR code sent to you by our WhatsApp support team.
3. Payment Process & Workflow
Our standard billing workflow operates as follows:
- You request a form to be filled via WhatsApp or our Help Desk.
- Our team reviews your documents and provides you with the exact Total Cost (Govt Fee + Service Charge).
- You make the payment via UPI and share the payment screenshot with transaction ID.
- Once the payment is verified, our team fills the form, completes the payment on the government portal, and shares the final submitted PDF/Receipt with you.
4. Transaction Failures and Pending Payments
Sometimes, technical issues may occur during digital transactions:
- Payment Deducted but Not Received by Us: If your money is deducted from your bank but we have not received it, you will need to wait for your bank to process the transaction. Usually, failed UPI transactions are auto-refunded to your account within 3-5 business days. We cannot process your form until the payment reflects in our account.
- Payment Failures on Government Portals: If we make the payment on the official government site and the gateway fails (showing status as 'Pending' or 'Failed'), we are bound by the government's server response. We must wait 24-48 hours for the gateway to update before making a second attempt.
5. Invoices and Proof of Payment
We provide digital proof for every transaction:
- Once the form is successfully submitted, we will send you the Official Government Acknowledgment Receipt which contains the proof of the government fee paid.
- Our WhatsApp confirmation acts as the receipt for our Service Charge.
6. Refund Policy Reference
Payments made to Form Sahara are subject to our cancellation rules. If an error occurs on our end before submission, you are eligible for a refund. However, once the form is successfully submitted, the service charge is non-refundable. For complete details, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
