- Form Sahara will enter the exact details provided by you into the official government portals. We are not liable for form rejections, application failures, or legal consequences resulting from spelling mistakes, incorrect data, or fake documents provided by you.
- You must review the final draft/preview of the form (if provided) before final submission.
3. Service Charges and Payments
Our pricing structure is completely transparent:
- The total amount payable will include the Official Government/Institutional Fee (if any) plus our Service/Processing Charge.
- Our service charge varies depending on the complexity of the form and will be communicated to you before we begin the process.
- Once a form has been successfully submitted and a confirmation receipt/application number is generated, our service charge is strictly non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
Form Sahara strives to provide timely and accurate services, however, we cannot be held liable for:
- Server downtimes, technical glitches, or website crashes on the official government portals that prevent your form from being submitted on time.
- Missed deadlines due to late submission of documents by you to our team.
- Payment gateway failures on government sites where the fee is deducted from our end but the status remains "Pending" on the official portal.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our strict Zero Data Retention policy, where we delete your personal documents immediately after successful form submission.
