Note: Total Payment usually consists of two parts: 1) The Official Government Form Fee (if applicable) and 2) Our Service/Processing Charge.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may sometimes change your mind after requesting a service. Our cancellation rules are as follows:
- Cancellation Before Processing: If you request a cancellation before our team has started filling out your form, you are eligible for a 100% full refund (both Government Fee and our Service Charge).
- Cancellation During Processing: If you request a cancellation while the form is actively being filled but the final submission has not been made, we will refund the Government Fee, but our Service Charge will be non-refundable for the time and effort invested.
- Cancellation After Submission: Once your form is successfully submitted on the official portal and an application number/receipt is generated, no cancellation is possible. The process cannot be reversed.
2. Refund Policy (When is a Refund Applicable?)
You are entitled to a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a double payment for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded completely.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to submit your form before the official deadline due to our own internal delays (excluding government server crashes).
- Wrong Form Filled: If our team makes a critical error that leads to form rejection (despite you providing the correct details/documents), we will either re-fill the form at our own cost or provide a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios (When is a Refund NOT Applicable?)
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Successful Submission: The form has been successfully submitted and the final receipt has been delivered to you via WhatsApp or Email.
- Incorrect Information Provided by You: If your form is rejected by the authorities because you provided us with incorrect details, misspelled names, or invalid/fake documents.
- Government Server Issues: If the official government portal crashes, is under maintenance, or the deadline passes while we are trying to submit your form due to external site issues, we cannot be held responsible. In such cases, if the government fee was not deducted, it will be refunded, but our service charge remains non-refundable.
- Payment Gateway Failures on Govt Sites: If the payment is deducted from our end but the government portal shows "Payment Pending" or "Failed" (a common issue with govt sites), we have to wait for 24-48 hours. If the form date expires during this waiting period, we cannot issue an immediate refund until the government gateway reverses the payment back to us.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our support team, please note the following timelines:
- The refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, PhonePe, Google Pay).
- It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
